intro to trail clinics
The Running Kind is working with local run clubs - primarily road running clubs - that are looking for guidance in gettting their members out on the trail. Each Intro to Trail Clinic is led by one of The Running Kind coaches and focuses on the basics in gear, technique and knowledge to gain comfort on the trails. These clinics can be specified to a skill that you are looking to hone in on. For example: technical descending, hill climbing, trail safety, shoe knowledge and more!
These clinics are free and open to the public. No experience needed.
