The Running Kind is introducing a training plan to help get you to the start line feeling confident to take on the Catskills at Climb It For Climate. 

This plan includes a 10-week guide full of day by day run plans with quality sessions including but not limited to: progression runs, hill repeats, tempo runs & more.

Coming into this plan, it is recommended you have a base training. It takes more than 10 weeks to adequately train for something like a 25K in the mountains. Your base training prior to starting the 10-week plan should include being able to run 3 days per week with your longest run being at least 1 hour long.
